AGE allows teachers to collate all the
students' scores through Ms Excel. |

It is saved when students click item 4
or item 6 after completing the test.

Collect the scores from students. The score sheet is preformatted into the following fields after student click item 13. This is the visual presentation for each score for the test. ![]() where ENGLISH - SJKC TSING NIAN is the name of test paper. Joanne.ans is the file name of this score. Joanne is the one doing the test. First column is the shows the question numbers Second column shows whether the answer is right or wrong. Third column shows the answers given by the students Fourth column shows the actual marks for each question Fifth column shows the marks in percentage. |

Send the score file to the teacher.

Upon receipt of the answer file, it is saved
to any folder in
c:\visless\score
or below. |

After all the scores have been placed in a folder within c:/visless/score folder or below, teacher clicks the AGE Homework folder at the desktop screen ![]() |

will appear. The selection below allows user to reach answer files with
extensions .ANS. e.g. TEST.ANS, JOANNE.ANS, PETER NICOLAS.ANS etc.
Produces the following Excel reports. From here it is up to the teachers to sort the score sheets according to their own needs.
